Legnoply Packs offer our single sheet Legnoply panels in convenient, pre-packaged bundles of six. If you've fallen in love with our Legnoply products and want the added cost savings and convenience of next-day delivery, you've come to the right place!
Introducing Legnoply, Plyco's new collection of stunning timber veneers pressed onto an FSC Certified, engineered Italian Poplar core. Combining E0 adhesives with an engineered Poplar core, Legnoply offers increased stability and a lighter weight alternative to our famous Micropanel and Laserply packs.
This range also features exotic timber veneers not found on any other ready-made Plyco panels.
Manufactured in Plyco's Melbourne production facility, this wonderful range delivers a finished size of 600 x 300 x 3mm. Offering a level of consistency in thickness above that of our Laserply products, Legnoply is engineered specifically for laser cutting and engraving applications where consistent thickness is paramount.
Derived from the Italian word for wood ("legno"), Legnoply's name is a nod to the North Italian poplar plantations from which the core timber is sourced. Download our Legnoply product brochure for more information.

Thanks for the kind review of our White Ash Legnoply Pack, Marthie! We trust your laser cutting and engraving project was a breeze with our 3mm plywood panels. Feel free to reach out if we can assist with your next plywood project :)
Legnoply White ash.
The ply is of good consistency clean faces, no knots. I like that the poplar core is light but likely much more resistant to moisture damage than the MDF core of Micropanel. White ash seems to me to look the closest to bamboo but with better inter-strand adhesion between the grain. Cuts and marks well. On my Geweike Storm 600 with 65 watt laser tube set at 30% max, 6% min engraving, there's still a bit of finesse required on settings not to burn too far through engraving. Wiping with Tung oil, the face is mostly snag-microsplinter free.
Thanks for taking the time to leave such a detailed review of your experience with our Legnoply products Graham! Your technical recommendations in addition to advice on both the veneer aesthetics and product aftercare will go a long way to assist other customers with their engraving projects. Many thanks and all the best for your next build!
Quality sheet. Dry. Flat. Cuts like butter on the laser.
Thanks for both the five star review of our Victorian Ash Legnoply and for being a Plyco regular, Scott! That our laser cutting materials cut like butter is music to our ears. Best of luck with your next project!
