Curious about the core compositions for our laser cutting and engraving products?

Micropanel: premium timber veneer leaf sheets pressed onto a solid 1.8mm Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) panel to deliver a finished thickness of 3mm.

Legnoply: premium timber veneer leaf sheets pressed onto a solid 1.8mm Engineered Poplar Core panel to deliver a finished thickness of 3mm.

Laserply: premium timber veneer leaf sheets pressed onto a plywood core to deliver a thickness choice of either 2.5mm or 3mm. The plywood core specie varies per product, but as a guide:

  • Birch, Hoop Pine and Eucalypt all feature matching plywood substrates.
  • American Walnut, Bamboo Carbonised, Basswood, Poplar, Radiata all feature a Eucalypt plywood core.

Free shipping on all orders over $150.

Plyco offers simple, flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. These are: Auckland ($15NZD), greater North Island ($25NZD) and South Island ($35 NZD). No matter how many products are in your order, you won't pay a cent more for shipping!

Great quality

Product was fine, just wish you had an option to purchase single sheets, or make them availiable to major hardware stores so I can purchase individual sheets without a high postage fee.Fir example, I only needed half a sheet for a $30 dollar job but had to spend $130 to get 6 sheets minimum.I don't use this product very often so would be a long time to recoup my costs.Other than that excellent product.
