While our New Zealand product offering is specialised for the local laser cutting, etching, pyrography and handicraft market, Plyco have vast experience in cabinet making, joinery, sourcing furniture, furniture products, laminating and veneering.

There aren’t too many enquiries that come in to us here that we can’t either solve the problem for our customers suggest viable solutions and then deliver the products to them on time.

Currently, Plyco products are only available to purchase in New Zealand via our online store. All Plyco products are available to ship nation wide across New Zealand.

Plyco's goal is to provide next day shipping for all orders placed before 2pm the previous business day. Depending on the delivery address in New Zealand, these orders will likey arrive between 2 - 5 business days later. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Unfortunately not! Plyco's current plywood product offering in New Zealand is exclusive to our retail, B2C customers. If you're looking to receive large commercial deliveries, contact our Australian team.


Currently, Plyco's products available to customers in New Zealand are a standard 600 x 300mm. This size is engineered to work with commercial and domestic laser-cutting machines. Thicknesses vary from 2.5mm - 6mm depending on the timber veneer species required.

We source our plywood both locally – Australian made products – products from New Zealand, products from Russia, products from South America. We source products for specific purposes, for furniture, cabinets, joinery, boat building, as well as the DIY market.

Our customers these days require panel products with low-emission adhesives. All of our products for laser cutting and engraving, be it plywood or MDF are either manufactured with E-zero adhesives or barring that, very low emission levels. The exact adhesives are specified on each product page.

Prices in our New Zealand store are listed in local currency (NZD) while our Australian store in AUD.

New Zealand prices are as competitive as possible while still absorbing additional fees such as international freight costs, country import duties, 15% NZ GST (compared to 10% in AU) and warehousing costs. These are necessary to operate in New Zealand and don't include the additional staff hired for customer support, website management and Australian manufacturing.

We'd say our listed prices are incredibly generous for all of the above!

We currently accept the following payment types online: Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and American Express.

Plyco does not currently offer New Zealand customers the possibility of store credit.

Due to the exorbitant costs incurred to merchants, Plyco does not currently offer pay-as-you-go in New Zealand. This allows us to keep our product prices down for all customers.


While our Australian operations provide a robust CNC cutting and edging service, Plyco's current offering to customers in New Zealand is limited to the laser plywood products available to purchase online. Signup to receive updates when our services expand in scope.


We guarantee you'll love the sight and smell of Plyco plywood as much as we do, but in the unlikely event you're not completely in love with your order, we do offer a returns process.

Standard Returns Policy

For any product available to purchase online, within 14 days of receiving the delivery the product must be returned to 11 Cryers Road, East Tāmaki, Auckland 2013, New Zealand in its original condition either via post or in person at the expense of the customer. After inspection, a successful claim is awarded either a replacement product or full refund of the paid amount.

Damaged / missing orders

In the unlikely event that an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received, or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim must be filed with Plyco within 7 days from date of dispatch of goods.

To kickstart the returns process send us an email containing a photo, your order number, the reason for the return and whether you would like a replacement. After receiving the returned item we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we'll provide either a replacement or full refund free of charge. 

If you're after a product that's currently shown as "out of stock", someone has snuck in and snatched the last one.

Due to international shipping times and delays clearing customs, we do not currently offer pre-orders on our products in New Zealand.
